Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee after that.
How is FIELDIVERSE priced?+
Pricing is per company workspace, with plan tiers based on the size of your crew and the features you need. All plans include scheduling, dispatch, CRM, invoicing and the technician mobile app.
Do I pay extra for additional technicians?+
Each plan includes a set number of technician seats. If your crew grows past that, you move up a tier — you are never billed a surprise mid-month overage.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Subscriptions are month to month unless you choose annual billing, and you can cancel from your billing settings at any time.
Do card payments and payouts cost extra?+
Online card payments are processed through your own connected payment account, so processing fees are billed by the processor at their published rates. FIELDIVERSE does not add a markup.
