Account Deletion
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your FIELDIVERSE account and workspace, and what data we delete or keep after a deletion request. FIELDIVERSE is operated by Fieldiverse LLC.
1. How to request account deletion
You can request deletion in either of the following ways:
- In the app: Sign in to FIELDIVERSE, open the Support Center, create a new request, choose the Account category, and ask us to delete your account and workspace. Include the email address associated with the account so we can verify ownership.
- By email: Send a request to support@fieldiverse.com from the email address registered to your FIELDIVERSE account. Include your business or workspace name and a brief statement that you want the account and workspace deleted.
We will verify your identity as the account owner before processing the request. Once verified, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days and will email you confirmation when it is done.
2. What gets deleted
When we delete your account and workspace, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile and authentication credentials.
- Your workspace membership and role assignments.
- Customer records, service addresses, and contact details stored in your workspace.
- Jobs, schedules, dispatch routes, and appointment history.
- Service plans, service agreements, and related documents.
- Invoices, estimates, and line-item records created inside FIELDIVERSE.
- Documents, photos, e-signatures, and signing audit trails.
- SMS consent records, messaging history, and delivery logs tied to your workspace.
- Support tickets, expense records, and other workspace content.
Deletion is irreversible. If you need a copy of your data before deletion, request an export in the same support ticket and we will provide it where technically feasible.
3. What data is retained and why
Some information must be kept to meet legal, tax, and financial obligations even after an account is deleted:
- Payment and invoice records. Stripe transaction history, platform subscription invoices, and related financial records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years).
- Legal and compliance records. Records we are required to keep for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or to enforce our agreements may be retained as long as legally necessary.
Retained data is anonymized or separated from personal identifiers where possible, is only accessed for compliance, tax, or legal purposes, and is not used for marketing or product development.
4. Questions
If you are unsure whether deletion is right for you, or you want to export data first, email us at support@fieldiverse.com and we will help.
